Swarray & Co.
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Welcome to Swarray & Co. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, event ticket purchases, registrations, and attendance at events organized or hosted by Swarray & Co.
By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or attending an event, you agree to the applicable terms below.
1. Event Admission and Age Requirements
Paid Swarray & Co. events are generally restricted to guests aged 21 and older. All guests attending age-restricted events must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon request.
Certain private, complimentary, or invitation-only events may welcome families and guests under 21 when expressly permitted in the event description or invitation.
Event-specific admission requirements, including age restrictions, dress codes, and venue access procedures, will be communicated in the applicable event listing.
2. Ticket Purchases and Registration
Tickets are subject to availability and the pricing, deadlines, and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and registration information.
Tickets may be delivered electronically through our ticketing provider. Guests should retain their ticket confirmation and QR code for admission.
A ticket purchase does not override applicable age restrictions, venue requirements, or safety rules.
3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred or given to another person at no additional charge unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
The person receiving the ticket must meet all applicable admission requirements, including age restrictions and identification requirements.
Each ticket is valid for one person's admission. Once a ticket has been used for initial admission, it cannot be transferred to another person.
Swarray & Co. is not responsible for duplicate, improperly shared, or fraudulently transferred tickets.
4. Event Entry and Re-Entry
Guests may temporarily leave and re-enter an event unless otherwise stated in the event details or prohibited by venue rules.
Guests must follow the re-entry procedures established by Swarray & Co., which may include wristbands, hand stamps, identification checks, or other verification measures.
Re-entry privileges apply only to the originally admitted guest and cannot be transferred to another person.
Re-entry may be restricted when reasonably necessary for safety, security, or compliance with venue requirements.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Ticket purchases are governed by our separately published Refund Policy, available at:
https://www.swarrayco.com/refund-policy
Refunds, event cancellations, postponements, and rescheduling will be handled in accordance with that policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Guest Conduct and Safety
All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, event staff, performers, vendors, and venue personnel.
Harassment, violence, threats, dangerous behavior, unlawful activity, and serious violations of event or venue rules are prohibited.
Swarray & Co. may refuse admission or remove a guest when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of others, comply with the law, or enforce clearly communicated event requirements.
Any refund eligibility following denied admission or removal will be determined under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
7. Alcohol and Responsible Conduct
Alcohol may be available at certain events where legally permitted.
Guests must meet applicable legal drinking-age requirements and comply with identification checks and alcohol-service rules.
Event staff and authorized alcohol-service personnel may refuse alcohol service when required or permitted by law, including when a guest appears intoxicated.
Guests are responsible for arranging safe transportation and complying with applicable laws.
8. Event Changes and Venue Requirements
Event schedules, entertainment, activities, vendors, and other details may change due to operational needs, weather, safety concerns, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Swarray & Co. will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes using available event communication channels.
Guests must comply with applicable venue requirements, including security procedures, parking instructions, restricted-area rules, and any special access requirements communicated before the event.
Material cancellations or rescheduling will be addressed under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
9. Photography and Video
Photography and video recording may take place at Swarray & Co. events for event documentation and promotional purposes.
Where applicable, event notices will inform guests that photography or filming is taking place.
Guests who have privacy concerns may contact event staff or email contact@swarrayco.com. We will make reasonable efforts to address requests, although we cannot guarantee that every guest will be excluded from incidental crowd photography.
Separate permission will be sought where required by law, including for uses requiring specific consent.
10. Private, Complimentary, and Invitation-Only Events
Certain events may be complimentary, family-friendly, or restricted to invited guests.
Attendance, guest limits, age requirements, food contributions, and other conditions will be stated in the invitation or event description.
For potluck-style gatherings, guests may be invited to bring food or beverages. Guests should communicate known ingredients and allergens when practical and follow any food-safety or venue requirements provided for the event.
Invitations and complimentary registrations may be nontransferable when specified for the particular event.
11. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
Swarray & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law.
Lost-and-found inquiries may be directed to event staff or contact@swarrayco.com.
12. Accessibility and Accommodations
Guests who need accessibility-related information or reasonable accommodations are encouraged to contact contact@swarrayco.com before an event when possible.
Swarray & Co. will work with applicable venues and service providers to address accessibility needs in accordance with applicable law.
13. Website and Ticketing Services
Our website and event registration services may use third-party platforms, including Squarespace, Ticket Tailor, and payment processors.
Use of these services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Guests must not misuse our website, submit fraudulent registrations, or attempt to duplicate or manipulate tickets or admission credentials.
Personal information is handled as described in our separately published Privacy Policy.
14. Liability and Applicable Law
Guests acknowledge that attending an event may involve ordinary risks associated with crowds, weather, transportation, food, beverages, and event activities.
Guests are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions and exercise appropriate care.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Swarray & Co. is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Hawaii, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections.
