4. No-Shows and Denied Entry

Refunds are not provided for guests who fail to attend, arrive after entry has closed, or are denied admission for failing to meet clearly communicated event requirements.

These requirements may include age restrictions, valid identification, venue security procedures, dress codes, or event conduct and safety rules.

This provision does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
